Thanks for fixing my bum knee, guys!
About two years ago, I got back into running and couldn’t shake this reoccurring pain in my knee. I really thought it was just old age and that depressed me…Enter FrontRunners. I popped in one day…and told the associate about my knee problem. He sat me down and looked at my arch, then had me try on a few pairs of shoes. I not only tried them on, but I also jogged around the store a little bit…I felt a little ridiculous jogging in my pencil skirt, but trusted that the guy knew what he was doing. He did.
He recommended a pair of Asics Gel Kayanos and told me why they worked for me. About a dozen races later, I’m on my second pair of shoes from FrontRunners and I haven’t had the pain in my knee since I switched to the Asics.
